Tally-Hen Mossfeather was a shryke who served as a Tally-Hen in the Great Shryke Slave Market. She sold cockades to Twig, Cowlquape, and Spooler. Shortly before the sale, she was heard counting gold coins. She also scrutinized the party because she thought they said they wanted to buy cockades , not barter or trade.
