Clarisse Hortence Harrow (born 16 December 1962) is a Bequian politician and the current President of the Parliament. Harrow is the first female president of Bequia, taking office in June 2015. Prior to the presidency, she was a member of the Bequian Parliament (2011-present) and mayor of Port Elisabeth from 2007 to 2011. She is one of the furthest left politicians in the island, considered by some to be full-on socialist.
