The LPW International Heavyweight Championship is a professional e-wrestling world heavyweight championship in the e-federation, Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW). It is the world title of the Pyromania brand, complementing the LPW World Heavyweight Championship of the Insanity brand. The first champion was Stone, who won the championship in 2004 during the inaugural Altered Reality. Overall, there have been 10 different champions.
