There are no laws against homosexuality. Homosexual behavior is not mentioned as a criminal offense in the penal code. Gay sexual activity is hence legal. However in a case in 1999 two lesbians were punished under the guise of violating "Public Morals". There exists only Public Indecency in a Sexual Offense article.
