Flack Kateman (フラック＝ケイトマン Furakku Keitoman?) is a background character introduced Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. It is not what he does, but he is referred to as the Car King, which implies that he probably runs a car manufacturing company in the United States of America. He has managed to become one of the 100 most important people who keeps America running in an article featured in a business magazine, alongside Douglas Hardbell and Olay Blueshake, something that the President himself has not accomplished. Due to Olay's power as the Media Queen, he too is influenced by her.
