Drew Turner is a financial planner and accountant who had many clients, one of whom was Navy Lieutenant Geoffrey Brett. When it became clear that Brett was in danger of being exposed as the man who'd put a hit out on himself, he strangled Turner to death and then hung her body from her stairway, disguising her death as a suicide although Dr. Donald Mallard later managed to determine that Turner had been murdered.
