Wormwood Leaves are ingredients in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. They grow on Wormwood Plants, which are located in the cold alpine regions of Cyrodiil, such as the Jerall Mountains, Valus Mountains and Colovian Highlands. A large concentration of them can be found by Toadstool Hollow.
