Tess is Dodger's mother in Oliver and Company 2 and a major character in the TV series and the prequel. She is voiced by B.J. Ward and her singing voice is provided by Jennifer Darling, except for two episodes of the series in which it is provided respectively by Jodi Benson and Lorraine Feather.
