Carmine "The Plunge" Coronda was a soldato in the old Clemenza regime in New York, serving under Frank Pentangeli. Carmine has been arrested for alcohol tax violations, gambling and narcotics. He was one of the soldiers listed on the Corleone family chart at the Senate hearings in 1959.
