Coils of the First Spider are Legendary bracers in Diablo III, added in Patch 2.3.0. They require character level 70 to drop. The unique affix adds Life per Hit to all skills, not just Firebats, but as this skill is channeled, it is hard (though possible) to benefit from it with another skill. Damage reduction is multiplicative to other similar modifiers. This item has 5 Primary affixes (so its guaranteed Life Regeneration does not take any of the normal 4 Primary affixes).
