Paul Nemeth was a member of Grantville's Pentecostal Church. After the Ring of Fire, Nemeth approved of his eldest son Terrell's decision to enlist in the army. Nemeth and his wife Ingrid were present in Reverend John Chalker's congregation during Dieter Fischer's introduction to their faith. Paul finally succumbed to his cancer and died in October 1632. He had the unfortunate honor of being the first buried in the new Pentecostal churchyard behind the little Church in the Hollow.
