Syntax: +howl The +howl command, usable only by Garou, transmits a message to all connected Garou characters. This is intended purely as an in-character means of communication with large groups of players at once, and is neither a chat channel nor is it intended to be used for OOC messages. Currently, the use of +howl costs 500 dollars; if you feel that you have an IC justification to use +howl more often than you can afford, contact a wizard.+howl is not mystical, though it may be augmented by use of the Galliard Gift Call of the Wyld.
