The Short Rope Collective would come about due to Evan "Easy Money" Arnold and Jason Scinini both going after the same bounty. In their competition they would allow the outlaw to escape, and after laughing it off at the saloon that night, decided to become partners. They would then track bounties together, able to do so much easier due to their shared skills. They would save enough Ring Pulls that year to buy their office in Winner, a saloon and hire several other associates and acquaintances.
