This technique creates a barrier that masks the presence of those inside of it by making their chakra unable to be sensed and rendering them invisible by bending the light around them. However this does not prevent those inside from using jutsu. Unlike many other barriers it is almost impossible to see and the only way to identify it is by finding the black lines that mark the boundries.
