Frozen Waters is one of the mementos that Harry Mason can pick up early on in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. The memento can be found while searching through the woods adjacent to the town, hidden inside a container beneath a water tower south of the ranger station. The memento is a transparent marble decorated by a green swirl inside and blue stripes outside.
