The Kalphite Cave is a dungeon located east of the Shantay Pass, housing kalphites that can only be killed while on a slayer task. The centre of the cave contains Kalphite Larvae. Players may enter without a slayer assignment, but upon attacking any monster inside the dungeon, Buggie will stop them from doing so, claiming that they are not assigned to kill them. A cannon can be used here, as the dungeon is identical to the dungeon that used to be located in Nieve's Slayer Cave.
