Andrei Novakovich was an astronaut and a member of the ill-fated Ares IV mission to Mars in 2032. Upon learning of Buck Bokai's breaking Joe DiMaggio's record, Novakovich was skeptical. Along with fellow astronaut Rose Kumagawa, he was on the planet's surface when the command module disappeared. He was rescued a number of weeks later. (VOY: "One Small Step") Novakovich was voiced by an unknown actor.
