Before Droknar's Forge, all the headgear is named Ragged Scar Pattern except for the ones that raise the Soul Reaping attribute, which is named Devilish Scar Pattern instead. In Droknar's Forge, it is possible to get headgear with either name, with your choice of attribute. There is no difference in the appearance of these headgears.
