Intars Busulis is a Latvian singer who began his career in 2003. He was chosen to represent his home country at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Moscow with the song Probka but finished in last place in the second semi final, therefore failing to qualify for the final. In 2014, he appeared as a contestant on the reality talent show Golos, the Russian syndication of The Voice.
