USS Pulsar was a play-by-forum RPG taking place in a multi-forum series called Xolani Fleets. It started after the previous RPG, Xolani Fleets: USS Meridian, closed down in the same forum. Most of the players (and thus the in-game crew) from the Meridian were transferred to the Nova-class USS Pulsar (NCC-72401). The RPG ended when the forums shut down.
