Osic Excenil was a member of the Excenil family and one of the two finalists for the throne of Naboo in 46 BBY. After losing the election he suffered an emotional breakdown and retired despite his young ago. He was scorned by the members of his family, especially when he married a woman they did not approve of after her pregnancy. Their attitude hindered the career of his daughter Versé later, though her accomplishments would later cause them to overlook her parentage. He greatly mourned her early death.
