The Charter of the Coalition of Light and Shadow Article I: The Division of Power The Coalition shall be led by the Prime Minister, who shall serve for a term of 1 month, and shall be elected by a fair democratic process. On the 25th day of each month, or the 20th in February, the members will be allowed to vote for whichever candidate they should choose. These polls close after 3 days.
