Ray Collins was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps who was later revealed to be a hit man working for the Reynosa Cartel. He served in Southwestern Afghanistan where he picked up a poison from a local snake that he took back home for his future use as a hitman. He was later indicted for drug-dealing, larceny and assault which would have eventually resulted in Collins getting an dishonorable discharge from the Marines.
