Sensōtanzō Ryūsei (戦争鍛造精流, "Ryūsei Sensōtanzō lit. Flow Forger of War") is a member of Death's Hand. He is regarded by some as a master of planning and the most adept war tactician in Hueco Mundo ever. His key battling strategies and precise intel enable him to execute missions with the upmost of ease. He is also assumed to be the strongest in Yuuma's Hollow Army.
