Cala City was the largest and most populated city of the planet of Caladan, and was the ducal home to House Atreides. Cala City was located on the largest continent of the largely ocean world, the Western Continent, and was the location of the planet's Spaceport. Some of the many landmarks in Cala City was Castle Caladan, residence of House Atreides; and the Memorial to Paulus Atreides and Victor Atreides, a statue of Duke Leto Atreides I's father and first son.
