Jacquemetton earned an MS in Film Production from Boston University College of Communication and worked as an assistant in sitcoms after her move to Los Angeles. She is also teaching writing for TV and film at Vancouver Film School, where she serves as Head of the Writing for the Film, Television and Interactive Media Department. Like most of the cast and crew, she was featured in the special The Making of 'Mad Men' in 2007. In 2011 Jacquemetton and her husband received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series for the Mad Men episode "Blowing Smoke".
