Tröegs is an American brewery in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. John and Chris Trogner founded the company in 1996, with the name Tröegs being derived from the owners' surname Trogner and the Dutch word kroeg (meaning pub). Tröegs is a limited-distribution craft brewery, or microbrewery focusing their production on specialty and seasonal beers, and only distributing beer to states within close proximity in order to maintain the beer's freshness.
