Hayato creates two orbs of Black Lighting in his hands then slams them either into each other or on the ground this causes it to explode and send out a grid or Black lighting out in either a horizontal direction or vertical direction varying on the way the jutsu was used. Once hit by this jutsu not only does it continually shock you until you get free but it also makes you pick up speed while your hit causing you to land into nearby terrain at neck breaking speeds.
