The Queen of Ashes is a goddess mentioned by V during the Hero's Welcome quest. V claims to have visited at least one world they were active on, and compares her to Bandos, Tuska and Xau-Tak. While not known to have ever been to Gielinor previously, V theorizes that she will travel there now that the Edicts of Guthix have been broken, and will not waste time "recruiting the downtrodden to her infernal cause".
