Reiji Seitōzaki (背道先・礼辞, Seitōzaki Reiji) is a Shinobi affiliated with the Land of Sound. While he was formerly a member of one of the clans that populated the country, the eventual congregation underneath Orochimaru made that organization null. Despite his young age, Reiji is already considered a master of Taijutsu and actively seeks to assimilate the knowledge of all martial arts, regardless of the number of people who wield it.
