Seth Quincy is a student attending P.S. 38 at the same time as Nate Wright. Wright gave him the nickname 'Q-Tip.' At some point, he "totally snapped" because several students addressed him by this nickname, ultimately landing him in detention with Nate, Chester Budrick, and Lee Ann Pfister.
