The machine was composed of several wires, a monitor, a battery, and many other materials useful for figuring out what Ed's problem was. After checking Ed out thoroughly, Dr. Edd came to the conclusion that he was suffering from allergies brought on by exposure to rabbits, and after getting his swelling down with help from "Nurse Eddy," Edd placed his friend into a hastily-made biohazard suit so that they could finish work at Ed's Pet Boutique.
