When it comes to Kari's skill points, she is close to maximizing the body and cleaning skills. She is mostly interested in Environment, Culture, and Sports. Kari doesn't have any relationships with other Sims from Bitville yet, so one of the only ways to meet her is to order a pizza, making the player her first customer.
