The Cabinet of Luthori 3901, also known as the Second Moisset Ministry was the main branch of government of Holy Luthori Empire from 3901-3905. It was formed by Prime Minister Alexander Moisset of the Hosian Socialist Party and was a coalition with Choice, the Social Democratic League and the Luthori Liberal Democratic Party.
