Caroline Bishop is played by Una Stubbs. Caroline is the maternal aunt of Honey Mitchell, and acted as a surrogate mother to Honey when her mother Janet died during childbirth. Caroline is outgoing, eccentric and vivacious, and visited Albert Square for Honey's second wedding to Billy Mitchell. Jack bought her with him to Walford, which made Peggy Mitchell jealous.
