Ciar Dungeon is a subterranean maze located in eastern Tir Chonaill. In Gaelic, ciar (pronounced /ki:ar/) means dark. Hidden from the town by steep rock, the dungeon is home to monsters comparatively more powerful than those of Alby Dungeon. As Fomors capable of ranged attack tend to strike down helpless novices, it is suggested that a player attempt clearing this dungeon in a group.
