The Red-Spotted Toadstool is an attractive little fungi that are very rare but very good restoring fully stamina, if they are consumed. They can be found in a number of wetland areas of Khul, most prominently in the north-east of the continent. A Marsh Orc dish which is surprisingly good is Red-Spotted Toadstools and Fish stew.
