The Execution Corps (処刑部隊, Shokei-butai) are a small faction of Shinobi who are considered the equivalent to Konohagakure's Anbu or the Hunter-nin of Kirigakure. They primarily specialize in various covert operations, however, their specialty actually lies in assassination. They are specifically trained by their elected leader, Hiko to become trained in the arts of assassination so that the Takumi Village has a reserve military force that can execute high-profile individuals without drawing the blame to themselves. Yoshihira appeared to reinstate this organization after Yasuna had removed it, believing it to be unnecessary.
