Blue Vest is an armor in Chrono Trigger. It absorbs are water techs and converts 50% of that damage into Hit Points, while the other 50% is neglected. Within a Sealed Chest, a Blue Vest is found in Truce Inn and is the inferior form of Blue Plate.
