The Comm Center was an Imperial communications relay networking center. Imperial defector Zaletta used the Comm Center in 3 ABY to divert messages and inform the Rebel Alliance of Imperial activity. It was surrounded by 4 communications satellites which were protected by small minefields around them. The Comm Center was traced by Rebels intent on discovering the identity of their mysterious informer. After the Comm Center was located, forces of A-wings including Ace Azzameen went to the area and inspect it after clearing it of its minefield.
