Alessagio Kong is known for 3 reasons, mainly because its a hub for shipwrights to come from everywhere, and was the primary shipwright city before the sea train was made in Water 7. Another reason is because of its fine variety of fish and plants, where 15 species of fish are unique to the area and 27 plants are unique to the area. Lastly, its also known for Dragon Honey Festival that happens every year there, where people celebrate the making of a special kind honey for an entire week.
