Jessica Fuller is the Neptune High School Board chairman and Sabrina Fuller's mother. She officiated at the hearing on Carrie Bishop's charges against Mr. Rooks. ("Mars vs. Mars") She assists Sabrina's studies as she strives for the Kane Scholarship. After Veronica learns that Hamilton's father was harassing Sabrina in an effort to boost his son's chances at winning the scholarship, she participates in the mediation at the Kane Residence at which Hamilton bows out of the competition to prevent any charges being filed against his father.
