The Marquisate of Rivaroli was a small territory between Algarve and Valmiera. It was the source of frequent disputes between these two nations, and features a mixture of Kaunian and Algarvian residents. Algarve owned it up until the Six Years' War, after which Valmiera annexed it. However, after Valmiera was occupied in the Derlavaian War, Algarve retook the Marquisate and held it until the last year of the war. When the war ended the Algarvian residents of the Marquisate were expelled back into Valmiera.
