After dining with Alex Drake, Thatcherite Danny Moore decided to surprise Alex by taking her to the Blitz nightclub in Covent Garden. While at the nightclub, Steve Strange (played by himself) was singing "Fade to Grey" by his own band Visage. He claimed the song was a "new single" even though the song was released 8 months prior.
