When B.O. Plenty and Gravel Gertie won a fortune in the lottery, Al Kinda and his employee, the "pretty faced" Lottie Latte, attempted to swindle the money from them to support a terrorist group in Afghanistan. Kinda attempt to kill the Plentys while they were on a trip to Washington D.C. by blowing up the Capitol building with the Plentys inside. Kinda was shot and killed by Latte, who revealed herself to be a government agent.
