Naisa D'falas was an agent of the Orion Syndicate and a member of its inner circle in the early 25th century. (Star Trek Online: Valkyries) After being diagnosed with Darnay's Disease Naisa began developing a lethal, airborne strain of polywater intoxication as a weapon to destroy the Federation. However, due to the highly infectious nature of the engineered disease, the Syndicate and the Klingon Empire refused to support her work.
