Fabasi's Runes & Enchantments is an enchantment store that appears in the city of Orsinium. It is run by a Khajiit enchantress Fabasi and an Orsimer, Umbugbek. It has two entrances, one from the outside and another directly from the Orsinium Mages Guild. Store has an Enchanting Station available for free use.
