Jim True-Frost, born July 31, 1966 in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, is an actor. He stars as Roland "Prez" Pryzbylewski in the third & fourth, seasons. He also appeared as a recurring guest star in the first, second, & fifth seasons. He has appeared in The Wire creator David Simon's other series Homicide: Life on the Street and Treme. He has been active since 1986 and has also appeared in the films Singles (1992), The Hudsucker Proxy (1994), and Affliction (1997).
