Chris Renaud (born December 1966) is an American storyboard artist, graphic designer, illustrator and director. He co-directs the Despicable Me series, along with Pierre Coffin. He also voices the Minions and the Italian Waiter. He also directed The Secret Life of Pets along with Yarrow Cheney. Renaud also voices Norman the guinea pig in the film as well as the TV series Max & Duke where he also serves as creator along with Chris Meledandri. He also worked in Dr. Seuss' The Lorax, developed by Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment.
