Anak is a green-skinned, slightly lizard-like girl (though a bit tomboyish), with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a noticeable tail, commonly exploited to call her a "lizard". She tends to wear an orange and black dress, which is fairly loose to allow movement in combat.
